Phil Wilson

Phil Wilson serves as Global Managing Director of The Global Associations of Value Chain Organizations  (American, Canadian, International). Phil was one of three individuals to lead PricewaterhouseCooper’s (PwC’s) Value Chain Practice for North America. He also taught Business Process Reengineering methods, tools and training for PwC consultants and clients. Mr. Wilson led PwC's process modeling and simulation tool selection. After Phil left the merged firm, he consulted back to PwC on best practices for large-scale industry benchmarking measures and analytics.

Phil is known as an "enterprise architect" with a passion for Business Rule and Process Automation ( BR/PM). Phil has extensive international industry consulting experience spanning North America, the European Union, Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia / pacific Rim. He accells in industry sectors such as banking and financial services. He also is highly experienced with design engineering, discrete and process manufacturing and value chain / lean manufacturing. He has led major "business transformation" projects around the globe involving "Concurrent Enterprising" (CE) which combines lean / Value Chain Management (VCM), Concurrent Engineering, Business Rule / Process automation, enterprise integration and Business Process Reengineering methods, tools and training. 

Phil continues to provide Value Chain and Supply Chain Management best process and practice guidance for the BreakPoint Consortium Blockchain communities. Phil’s passion for building industry benchmarking tools for member firms span three areas of Concurrent Enterprising focus:

  1. Operational Risk Management (ORM)
  2. Value Chain Management (VCM)
  3. Distributed Autonomous Organization (DAO) / Tokenization of Digital Assets
